Joyful and inclusive creative arts sessions

We provide music and movement workshops for people with Additional Needs across Birmingham and the Black Country.

Empowering people with Additional Needs through joyful, participant-led, creative arts practice.

Join our creative, inclusive and supportive community.

We embrace diversity and actively find ways to involve people who might otherwise be excluded.

With kindness and understanding, we create supportive environments where everyone feels safe to express themselves.

We involve the whole family and grow stronger through our shared experiences.

What we offer

Inclusive creative arts clubs for people with Additional Needs, commissioned sessions through partners, and support for parents and carers in our community.

OurTime

A multi-arts, after school club including music, dance, storytelling, and role playing suitable for most children with Additional Needs and siblings.

We explore imaginary worlds together and meet wonderous characters along the way.

Sessions take place on Monday evenings at Bearwood Baptist Church, Bearwood Road, B66 4HA at 4.30-5.30pm and 5.30-6.30pm.

To join the club or find out more, email us or call Peter on 07486 314677.

Musical Conversations

A music club for children with Profound and Multiple Learning disabilities and/or Complex Support Needs (siblings are welcome too).

The club includes instrument playing, singing, and multi-sensory music activities.

Sessions are on Sundays at Windmill Community Centre, Messenger Road, Smethwick, B66 3DX at 10.00-11.00am and 11.15-12.15am.

To join the club or find out more, email us or call Peter on 07486 314677.

Commissioned sessions

We also deliver inclusive creative arts sessions for specialist schools and colleges, holiday schemes, museums and galleries.

Since starting in 2021, we have delivered tailored programmes for several educational partners, including Victoria College and Uffculme School in Birmingham, and The Westminster School in Rowley Regis.

We’ve also run a number of holiday activities for Go Play Sandwell and one-off sessions for Walsall Libraries, Sandwell Museums and Arts Service, New Art Gallery Walsall, Kids charity and many others.

Please email us or call Peter on 07486 314677 to ask about commissioned sessions.

Parent and carer support

We organise a monthly meet-up for parents and carers of people with additional needs as an opportunity to connect and share experiences.

Usually, we gather at Warley Woods Pavilion in Bearwood on a weekday afternoon, have lunch and go for a walk or do some crafting together.

Our family support worker, Natalie, is also available for chats, if you can’t make a meet-up or would be more comfortable talking to one person.

Check our Facebook page for details and dates, or call Peter on 07486 314677 for more information.
